Dear Daddy
I have grown quiet a bit since we talked. It has been only two weeks but I am already around 11 inches long. Nearly a pound in weight (if not more already). I finally look like a miniature newborn! My lips, eyelids, and eyebrows are becoming more distinct, and he's even developing tiny tooth buds beneath his gums. My eyes have formed, but his irises (the colored part of the eye) still lack pigment. I know mommy is dying to find out if I will have her eyes color or yours. Just a few more months before you both find out!
Daddy, If you could see inside your womb, you'd be able to spot the fine hair (lanugo) that covers my body and the deep wrinkles on my skin, which I'll sport until I add a padding of fat to fill them in. My brain is developing fast, and my brainwave patterns are now similar to a newborns. I’m developing the very beginnings of conscious thought. Scientists believe that at this stage, unborn babies already have a primitive memory, and some even think that they can dream. Certainly, I can already distinguish between your voice and mommy‘s.
The second trimester is often described as the honeymoon period, because mommy should be feeling fit and well. In fact, some women feel so good that their sex drive goes through the roof. Other women, however, don't want any hanky panky at all. Both are completely normal! Not too much longer till her hormones are back to normal. Hopefully!
Well daddy, this is it for this week.
Love you

Brasil 2x1 North Korea
Needless to say, I am extremely happy Brasil beat North Korea. At the same time disappointed by how they did. I guess we all underestimated North Korea. They had a very strong defense, that's for sure!

We are still #1!!!! Looking forward for another victory.

Daddy Letter--Week 19-20
Howdy Dad;
I have a few exciting things to share, the coolest one is that I can hear you daddy! Studies has shown that I will learn to distinguish familiar voices from other people’s long before I am born, so talk away daddy but make sure to watch your language. Great news is that I am complete now; my main job from now on is to pile up the pounds. Believe it or not I am already half way the length I will be at birth. The next eight weeks daddy will be my most active time. This is because I will still have room to move freely. My sensory is at its peak. I am mastering complicated movements, turning, and twisting, stretching, grasping and even somersaults. If you press firmly on mommy’s tummy I will not only sense it but I will move away too. Specially now, I have enough room to explore and move away. I have tiny buds now and did you know that some babies are even born with teeth? Wonder if I will be one of them?
Well daddy, I love you very much already and I can’t wait to see you in a few months.

Pneumonia week
Some of you may be wondering if I had another episode where I disappear and don't update the blog for a while. If this is your case, I have good news. No! I have not had one of those episodes, YET. The past two weeks I have been very sick, probably the most sick I have ever been. I was diagnosed with pneumonia after a week of being sick with no improvements. Luckily, the Dr gave me some good med and soon after my antibiotic doses were done I felt so much better. Don't worry, I am alright now and Three has had no effect from it.

We had an ultrasound this passed Friday and he looked great and healthy. He is already 11 ounces, this gave This Guy and I a feeling Three will be a chubby baby like Chubs. Lets just hope I wont have to push a 10lb baby.
Here are the two best ultrasound picture we got this passed Friday. Three is quiet of a show off, he was stretching and doing poses. Being silly, which already shows a little of This Guy's personally on him. The first photo he got his hand under his chin and his feet is resting against the placenta. I say he was posing here. The second photo he is stretching.

Daddy letter week 17 & 18
The past two weeks I have done a lot of growing in length and earning some fat. My skeleton is no longer cartilage, I now have bones daddy. This week I weight about 5 ounces about as much as a turnip and about 5-6 inches from head to toe about the size of a bell pepper. My sweat glands are developing this week. Will I sweat in the womb? Interesting, huh!
Wow, did you know that this week I will master the art of sticking my tongue out. You might catch me in action during an ultrasound. These past two weeks not much has changed with me, since I am pretty much all developed, I just need to grow and mature my organs. But daddy, mommy sure has changed this past week. Did you notice her more hungry? An increase in appetite is pretty common about now. Make it count by choosing meals and snacks that are rich in nutrients instead of empty calories (chips, French fries, candy, and other sweets).
Bigger, more comfortable clothes are a must now as her appetite and waistline grow. Also be ready to catch mommy at all times, her cardiovascular system is undergoing dramatic changes, and during this trimester her blood pressure will probably be lower than usual. Don't let her spring up too fast from a lying or sitting position or she might feel a little dizzy sometimes may even fall.
See you next week
