This one is for Grampa Larry

This past friday we went off base to a little stinky town right outside the gate called, songtan. There isnt much to do around here without driving a while and even then most of the time we ended up getting frustrated than having some fun. Long story short...To get off and on base (walking) you must pass through this gate where you show your ID and they scan it. This is also the building you have to go to when getting a visitor pass. On the counter they have two small flags as decoration. American flag and Korean flag.

On the way back home Kat-chow noticed the flags and yelled: " Daddy look, Pepsi Flag." We were all laughing so hard we could not even correct him right away. Even the gate guards were laughing, the only person who didnt ofcourse was this Korean lady who were at the counter. In fact she sounded angry and shouted back at kat-chow: " its not a pepsi flag". It did not matter, we were all laughing in the room. I think her statement only made us laugh even harder.

What an observation, we never noticed before how close the Korean flag and pepsi symble were. I thought Grampa Larry would have a kick out of this one. Your little grandchild loves Pepsi!
